Today Culture and Science are developing rapidly. However, developed culture has become a threat to the global community.

Now, what the human race in the World desperately wants is Peace.



But this peace is also facing crisis.

It's evidence that we're still suffering from conflicts and civil war.

How long should mankind live in the war?

Eighty percent of the war breakout because of religious.

It's the reality that religion is corrupted even more.



So, should we just sit back and watch this reality?

Peace is not something that someone will bring to you.

It's a matter of tasking off with our own hands.



Then, shouldn't we now shout for cessation of War and make peace and inheritance for our children?

But to this day, there has been no clear answer to the global community for cessation of the War.



So the HWPL is going to be the first to do so, it’s moving busy for World Peace. Chairman Man Hee Lee visits all over the World and meets with leaders of religious, Political, media and Social groups to deliver peace messages and receive signatures. He has given them the answer to cessation of the War.



The answer for the peaceful world is DPCW. In order to enact international law HWPL has created DPCW 10 Articles 38 Clauses. Bill that could black the war between countries, and are receiving consent from all over the World.

Isn’t it amazing that the Republic of Korea’s organization has done this?

10 Articles 38 Clauses of the DPCW is the only answer for Peace.

There is the only answer for peace but, if people don’t care about it, DPCW would be useless.

The conditions under which the human race in the world can live is creating a peaceful world without war, leaving a legacy for future generations.

This is what we have to do.

In addition, the war of religion last endless kill and death.

Remember that the HWPL is the only way to end war.

Peace can be achieved as soon as you join us.

The human race will never live in a world without war. We all say that we want peace but history proves otherwise. Realize that all life forms on this planet contain the same DNA structure. Only minute changes occur at the end of the DNA strand, but 99% of it is identical. The first social land animals were the ants. In ant society there is a ruler at the top, surrounded by a powerful army and the rest are workers serving the colony. As higher social animals evolved this same pyramid structure can be seen, be it lions, hyenas, wolves, chimps or humans. In the history of mankind there has never been any other form of government than this same pyramid structure we inherited from the ants. At the top sits a ruler, be he or she called, King, Emperor, Czar, or even President. The ruler is surrounded by a powerful army and the rest of society is the workers. We make war on any perceived threat to the colony. This is found from the most powerful all the way down to tribal warfare. You mentioned religion. Occasionally a leader will emerge who attempts to control mankind's violent nature through religious or philosophical thought, Krishna, Buddha, Moses,Jesus, Mohammed, etc. Unfortunately all they succeeded in doing is giving mankind one more thing to fight about. So the problem is not religion. It is our basic natures. No amount of legislation or wishful thinking, nor advances in sciences will ever change our war like instincts. We will continue to make war until we become extinct.
