Let's face it, some babies are ugly and some people are ugly.
Nothing is wrong with being ugly. It is defined as being very unattractive or unpleasant to look at. Offensive to the sense of beauty. Displeasing in appearance.
But who really defines ugly. To me ugly is a word and feeling derived from your senses towards someone, defined by mankind and seen through our eyes. It's not right. At least that's what we are told growing up.
But hey, if something or someone is not appealing, then it's going to be considered ugly. That being said, some people seen in everyday life are too ugly to work or function in certain place or situation. I’m sure some of you have gone to stores and the clerk servicing you is just an ugly person, or you see an ugly person walking through the store. Now these people are not just ugly because of the way their face looks, it can be the way they dress too, (Just check out peopleofwalmart.com) but they might not even know it. They might think they are just the best looking thing ever. What bothers me that someone in their life is suppose to be considered a loved one or friend, and didn’t tell them they shouldn’t go outside like that!
My firm belief is that in our society “somebody has to take out the trash” and usually it's the person that doesn't mind touching garbage. When I write, I have characters that are not considered appealing and will be considered ugly, so I tend to give them ugly work…as in our life we see these people and they have ugly work to match what we consider, their ugliness.
