The Greatest Book-Series Ever Created
In 20 years the greatest book-series ever created will be released. It will be a series that will defeat all others in history and accrue potentially TRILLIONS of dollars in revenue. It will be called:
FACEBOOK USER: ‘X’ (the ‘X’ will be replaced by whomever the book is about)
It will be ‘Reality Television’ on paper and easily sell a million copies for any one that is famous. It will include their earliest photos, comments, posts, emails, friend-lists, and even the GPS locations accompanied with the time that the User was at certain locations in their life. The book will include maps and factual statistics along with certain purchases that will coincide with key events in the user’s life.
Members of the User’s Friend-lists will have accompanying books made about them that will be included in holiday package deals as a ‘Director’s Cut’ incentive… that is unless, they are famous also; then they will be sold as entire separate books for the full amount. This will be especially powerful with relationship based add-on books which will include all of the shared photos and messages between both members.
When this concept was proposed 2-years ago, Facebook and other Social Media giants latched onto it seeing this as one of the most powerful investments in history. It will be as evolutionary as the introduction of fuel. Major corporations along with entire governments have been informed of this investment and have already begun to position themselves within the ranks of those involved. This is a silent movement within the shadows of the highest echelons that will feed off of an entire generation hooked into the newest addiction of ‘personal information made public’; for PRIVACY is dead. Reports and shown that those born before the year 2000 are considered the “LAST Generation of Privacy”.
There will be no more.
Ask yourself…
Would you give your most intimate medical information to a doctor you could not call?
Would you give your financial information to a bank with no phone number?
Would you give your child’s information to a school that would NEVER answer your calls?
Would you give your family’s information to another, to do as they choose, and you could not contact a living voice?
This is Facebook’s phone number: 650-543-4800
Call them for support and listen to the only calls they will accept.
1. Customer Support – Listen to what they have to say
2. Law Enforcement – Government Investment into Monitoring
3. Business Development
4. Marketing
5. Press
6. Employment
7. All other Inquiries – Press this, if you dare…
When asked, “Does FACEBOOK own your data posted on their site?” Mark Zuckerberg, the owner, said the following:
“Our philosophy is that people own their information and control who they share it with. When a person shares information on Facebook, they first need to grant Facebook a license to use that information so that we can show it to the other people they've asked us to share it with. Without this license, we couldn't help people share that information.
One of the questions about our new terms of use is whether Facebook can use this information forever. When a person shares something like a message with a friend, two copies of that information are created—one in the person's sent messages box and the other in their friend's inbox. Even if the person deactivates their account, their friend still has a copy of that message. We think this is the right way for Facebook to work, and it is consistent with how other services like email work. One of the reasons we updated our terms was to make this more clear.
In reality, we wouldn't share your information in a way you wouldn't want. The trust you place in us as a safe place to share information is the most important part of what makes Facebook work. Our goal is to build great products and to communicate clearly to help people share more information in this trusted environment.”
Whew… I think what he is trying to say is ‘NO, they don’t’… er, uhm… well, I think that’s what he was trying to say…
Then I researched their Terms of Use policies for clarity. The moment you sign up for an account on Facebook, you GRANT FACEBOOK A LICENSE TO USE YOUR CONTENT. The license is IRREVOCABLE, PERPETUAL, NON-EXCULSIVE, TRANSFERABLE, FULLY PAID, WORLDWIDE (with the RIGHT to sublicense).
Facebook is constantly working on consolidating their Terms so this might change in the future.
Currently, Facebook is a little over five years old and has over 165 million users that are active. They have some of the greatest secrets and images that have ever existed. They have living and breathing archives of information on thousands that have passed away with their accounts still running. In this short time past, Facebook is more intimate with those Users than the families that have known them their entire lives. Facebook knows where they shopped, what they bought, when they were relaxed, when they cried, and the last thing posted before they passed away.
The cultural-change will be epic for this new book-series. It can potentially rival the Bible in sales; bring interests as commanding as the largest religions and shatter the foundations of faith within relationships.
It is too large to stop, too addictive for Users to quit, and too lucrative NOT to participate! It is one of those times in history in which the only pride that can be taken from it is the fact that you witnessed it within your lifetime.
Kinda’ like living through a global Nuclear War!!
(By-the-way… Would you buy a series of ebooks for $2 each based on selected members of your graduating class from High School or College? It would include all of their photos, emails, posts, along with their most current interests and relationship drama. As an add-on, it would include all of their public records through the court system including marriages, divorces, child-support and taxes!! It’s all legal and it will only cost $2 as an eBook or you can purchase the printed collectible for $10 which includes summary booklets on each of their relationship partners.)
;D
