I can't really call it chapter one, as a typical manga chapter in my experience is at least 23 chapters.
Dark Horse has a slightly different method of scripting, than I'm I've noticed in some other places. Its not exactly more rigid, but the impression I got was that you need to use captions instead of word balloons.
Of coarse it won't effect this chapter much, as its dialogue light. Anywho, I hope it turns out ok:
PAGE ONE: (11 Panels) Nuclear Crator - AfterNoon
Panel 1. Weather Shot - A full silver moon riddled with crators is seen resting along a crimson sky.
Panel 2. Establishing Shot - A car flipped to its side is seen resting along the bed of a large crator. Outside the crator, the surrounding area is a burned forest.
Panel 3. Medium Shot - A crisper view of a man is seen with his seatbelt on, and in conked out cold.
Panel 4. Medium Wide - As his third eye takes over, he finds himself strapped to a surgeons table, and he can here six surgeons talking about him behind the door.
Panel 5. First Person View - Through his eyes - The surgeons are heard opening the door. The mans vision is blurred.
Panel 6. First Person View - Non Blurred - One of the surgeons are seen taking a scalpel to his forehead, and he is not under anesthesia. They are heard cackling while he is screaming, their faces are covered in black, except that their toothy grin is seen, as well as their eyes which are completely yellow, with a black slit like a lizards.
Panel 7. Extreme Close Up - The mans eyes are seen snapping open. He sees a burned landscape in the horizon.
Panel 8. White Void - The man hears a little girls voice crying.
Silhouette Man: Little girl, why are you crying?
Panel 9. Extreme Close Up - The man undoes his seatbelt.
Panel 10. Long Wide Shot - The man is seen crawling out of his car.
Panel 11. Medium Close Up - The mans finger tips are seen clinging to the edge of the crator.
PAGE TWO: (9 Panels) Ext - Ooutside Of Car Crashed OutSide Crator - Time Unknown -
Panel 1. A World Of A Nuclear Wasteland Is Seen.
Panel 2. The Young Man Attempts To Climb Out Of The Crator.
Panel 3. Once Outside The Crator, The World Is Covered In Burned Down Trees And Crators.
Panel 4. A Nuclear Storm Is Seen Raining From The Sky. Silhouette Man Is Pushed Into A Tree.
Panel 5. Silhouette Man Stands Back Up, And Walks Out Of The Burned Lush.
Panel 6. Outside Of The Burned Forest, The Young Man Is Seen Staring A Nuclear Wasteland.
Panel 7. Nature Seems To Have Never Recovered From The Explosion. Whats Left Of The City Has Begun To Fall Apart, Black Smoke Is Seen Coming From The Detonation Sight.
Panel 8. The Young Man Could Smell Burning Rubber And Charred Dirt. Torn Metal And Other Stuff Left Over From The Initial Detonation Plagues The Landscape.
Panel 9. As the young man approach what was left of the city, he felt the urge to vomit. He could smell the poisonous fumes left after from what ever war must of happened here.
PAGE THREE: (4 Panels) Int - Couch In A Ruined Apartment - Evening
Panel 1. Silhouette Man Arrives In The Apartment Room From The Long Trek Through The City. He Was Tired And Needed Sleep.
Panel 2. The apartment was as good as you expect from this place.
Panel 3. Peeled wall paper worn with age is seen on the walls. What was left was a distinctive green.
Panel 4. He could see the window looking over from the couch. His gaze switched to the lamp, which has shattered.
Panel 5. As the man went further into sleep, his third eye tooks over.
Panel 6. His eye quickly opened, and found himself strapped into a surgeons table.
Panel 7. The man tried to move, and then crooked doctors are seen opening the doors.
Chief Surgeon - Today is a very special day for you.
Panel 8. The man tried to scream, but the towel wrapped around his mouth muffled it.
Panel 9. The man is squirming from the scalpel insertion into his skull.
Panel 10. The doctors faces are seen. They are blacked out, except their very obvious toothy grins are seen smiling as they do their work.
Panel 11. The man eyelids snap back openj. It was morning.
