In fact, it’s forbidden

Seems like I’m always reaching out to you
But you’re just out of range

You cast a spell on me
You’re the only one that can set fire to my spirit
I want you to consume me
Wait that’s forbidden

Please catch me
No, capture me
What I wouldn’t do to just lay eyes on captor
To slowly take him in
But you are just out of my reach

Promises, sweet promises
They spill forth from your lips
Lips I’ve tasted many times before
Seems like life times ago
T’was forbidden

Those words you said
Did you mean them?
Can you prove it?
Will you stand before all and reveal it?
Ahh but that’s forbidden!

However, we’ve never let that stop us from indulging in each other
My fingers anxious to lock with yours
Just a little farther
Please try harder
Forbidden…
Why is it that the love that always feels the strongest?
the most intense?
The love you feel you would die for-
Why is it that this love is met with the most opposition?
It only makes us crave each other that much more.

You said you were willing to forsaken all for this love
Grab hold of me I beseech the-try harder

A second chance at love!
Life rarely hands out second chances for anything
Moreover, I for my part have been thought a fool
Do not make this my permanent fate
I was never supposed to let you back in!
Yet here I am
Opening my vulnerable heart to you
This is forbidden!

No one else can penetrate my heart
Yes you have returned to reclaim that which has always belong to

And rightly so

Opposed by all
No one in our corner

Ahhh…they can be so cruel can’t they
They forbade this love
We must try harder
